Mask wearing – in the waiting room is MANDATORY FOR ALL

November 2022 – All patients and visitors inside the waiting room MUST wear a mask.

For the avoidance of any doubt, please be aware that all patients will be asked to wear a mask whilst inside our waiting room, but they may remove them elsewhere in the building – at their own discretion.

Anyone who doesn’t want to wear a mask, will be asked to wait outside or in the foyer.

There are no exemptions to this for anyone, due to the nature of the vulnerable patients waiting, and covid rates on the up. This is a practice policy to protect our patients and no one is exempt from this.

No one will be forced to wear a mask ofcourse, they will all however be asked to wait away from the waiting room if they are not wearing a mask so that the waiting room remains a safe space.
