The patient participation group (PPG) suggested that there were some ongoing problems with the text message reminders that we send. Some messages they are getting were blank. I’ve spent some time today trying to resolve these issues in the software called MJOG before I’m forced to switch it off, which I’m really reluctant to do.
TELL ME IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN: Id really appreciate knowing of any feedback from Monday onwards if patients received any unusually worded texts or anything blank so that we can nip it in the bud.
