What is a PPG?
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) of Aire Valley Surgery is a consultation style group, where we chat through processes with a group of patient volunteers and ask for feedback and suggestions.
If we make any changes, we chat through the potential impact of these on our wider patient population, and all feedback is taken into account to help with planning.
New members are always warmly welcomed to further represent the views of more of our patients and what your experiences have been! For an application form to join the PPG, please ask at Reception.
Please be aware that this is NOT an opportunity for complaints! There is a different process for those and this is not an appropriate forum to air grievances or individual grumbles. The PPG Meetings of Aire Valley Surgery aim to be positive, constructive, inclusive and we review a pathway to help gain ideas from everyone about how to make things better for the wider groups of patients that we have in our community.
PPG Meeting
PPG meetings are held every couple of months. We are always looking to welcome new members to the PPG. If you feel you would like to join, please contact the Practice.
