Non-urgent advice: Access to Practice and COVID-19
Thank you for your continued support at this time of unprecedented demand in the NHS.
As per the national guidance, we continue to operate a triage first service to ensure that patients are seen in a Covid secure service.
We have introduced a new online platform to enable patients to submit queries and request appointments online.
If you are unable to access the online reception, you are of course still able to phone and our reception staff will help fill in an appointment request on your behalf. This will be triaged in the same way by the clinical team.
Please do not attend the surgery if you have symptoms of Coronavirus or have been advised to isolate.
