The Practice Boundary – where our patients live.

This is the geographical area in which our patients must live to be registered with us at Aire Valley Surgery. If you want to try the postcode checker to be sure if a change of address is still within the practice boundary, then please go to our new patient page.

Out of area registrations.

If existing patients move to outside of this area they should be aware that they need to register with a new GP closer to home.

There is an out of area patient scheme available, please ask at Reception for details.

The Health Authority will write to patients from time to time such as for routine screening. Their letters can’t be forwarded by the Royal Mail forwarding service. If the Health Authority is notified of an address change such as through an undelivered letter, patients may be removed by them.
