Non-urgent advice: What happens next

The GP will review your request and then decide on the most appropriate course of action.

The most likely course of action will be a follow telephone call, either the following day or at some point in the coming few days.

We text you at the time the GP reviews the request – so its very important we have you correct mobile phone number when you submit the form.

If we think some other course of action is open to you we will communicate this by text or a member of the reception team will get in touch with you.

Blocked caller ID

Because of the current issues with COVID GPs are using mobile phones to contact patients, this means the practice phones are free for incoming calls. However when a GP calls you it will show up as a private number when you go to receive the call.
