Non-urgent advice: What happens next
Your request will be reviewed and then the most appropriate course of action will be decided
The most likely course of action will be a telephone call, at some point in the coming few days.
Its very important we have your correct mobile phone number when you submit the form.
If we think some other course of action is open to you we will communicate this by text or a member of the reception team will get in touch with you.
We aim to respond to your request by the end of the next working day but this may not always be possible at peak times . If your care is urgent you can phone direct
We are open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00
Blocked caller ID
Because of the current issues with COVID GPs are using mobile phones to contact patients, this means the practice phones are free for incoming calls. However when a GP calls you it will show up as a private number when you go to receive the call.Request Appointment
