Due to the ongoing spread of coronavirus, we are making important changes to the appointment system with immediate effect. This is to protect YOU, our other patients and staff
If you have a cough, cold or fever, new government guidelines ask that you self isolate for 7 days – detailed information about this process can be found here Advice about self isolation.
There is no need to use the 111 service unless you are no better after 7 days, or your symptoms worsen over the course of the 7 days, then get in touch with 111 online or by phone.
If you have a pre-booked GP appointment and develop a cough, cold or fever, you must CANCEL your appointment on 0113 2954234 (Rawdon branch) and re-book once you are feeling better.
If in doubt about any of your symptoms, use NHS 111 online or telephone the service and follow their advice. If you are advised to contact your GP surgery DO NOT CALL IN PERSON, but phone us and ask for a telephone consultation.
If you DO NOT have a cough, cold or fever then we are providing a service, however we are trying to do this by phone as much as possible. If you need our help then call reception and we will arrange things from there.
